We spent two amazing weeks at Paradisus Grand Cana, and it has been the best all-inclusive resort we’ve stayed at. The staff truly made our vacation special. Every single person—from housekeeping to the entertainment team—was kind, professional, and welcoming. There was never any pressure for tips, just genuine hospitality. The resort is modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Our Master Suite was spacious, perfect for our family, and had a large balcony with a jacuzzi. There were endless activities for both adults and kids: yoga, cycling, aqua aerobics, painting classes, Kids Club, nightly shows, karaoke, dancing, and a great sports bar where we watched the World Cup. The kids absolutely loved the water park and Kids Club. The beach is about an 8-minute walk through beautiful tropical scenery, which we actually enjoyed. The resort has multiple low-rise buildings and so many large pools that it never felt crowded. We never had to wake up early to reserve chairs. A great bonus was the complimentary access to the nearby adventure park with mini golf, climbing courses, swings, and evening entertainment. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations. Beautiful accommodations, amazing staff, endless activities, and a relaxing atmosphere made this an unforgettable vacation. Thank you to the entire team—we can’t wait to come back!

loved our stay here. be aware of the cats which are super friendly. They came to visit us on our patio everyday and hung out with us. very clean and chill cats.

We have an excellent vacation.

Front entrance was not impressive. Lobby looked unkept- stains on the carpets and fabrics of seating (which also carried through the property). The bathroom looked like it had serious BUDGET repairs after some kind of damage. There was trash everywhere in the bushes, broken glass on the property but more notably found TWO huge glass bottles under our feet at the beach. The vendors are ruthless on the beach-They don’t leave you alone. The beach is dirty. The staff is rude. Huge language barrier if you don’t speak Spanish. The food was slightly better than a hospital cafeteria. DO NOT go here if you have a food allergy. ONLY TWO gluten free options at breakfast which was a muffin or a piece of bread-no other meals. Nothing was accurately marked for allergens and no one cared to help or fix it. You cant get a reservation for dinner so hopefully you like buffets. My kids wanted smoothies by the pool and that wasn’t possible. Bfast had a juice counter. I was told “no” MULTIPLE times for various things- which at a resort is not common because typically everyone wants your stay to be amazing. Not one person tried to accommodate or be helpful. ONE staff member at the front was kind- thats it. Stray cats live outside your room so if you are allergic- cant sit outside your room. The waterpark was fantastic- the saving grace for this resort. The main pool staff is rude and the pool is deep so hard for kids to play or stand. The show was fun. Drinks were good. 5 star resort? LIES

Not only did they go above and beyond to decorate my room for my birthday… they secretly coordinated with my best friends to make sure it got done because I kept leaving room on privacy mode (I didn’t want my birthday confetti swept up just yet lol) Everyday their food options were delicious! (& I’m Dominican) Spa and pools were amazing. Will definitely be going back. Every single person there was extremely attentive, welcoming and made me feel safe during my solo portion of the trip! Do yourself the favor and book the king swim up like I did😘
