It is a nice place, close to most sightseeing attractions, all within walking distances. However, I was shocked that the staff was only willing to keep our luggage until 1 pm instead of 5 pm. This caused lots of trouble for us and ruined our last day in Rome.

Augustana House was AMAZING! We finished the last 3 days of our Italy trip in Rome. We arrived before check in and Sergio was so helpful with our luggage and keeping it safe while we went to see the sights in Rome. The location was easy to get to and close to many sights. We walked to many places but also took a taxi to save time. When we returned later that night, our luggage was already in our room with water and everything we needed without asking. The blackout blinds/curtains were great. We slept the best when we checked in at The Augustana House. The beds were comfortable and the shower water was hot with good water pressure. Every day we returned to clean room with bed made and fresh towels. Maya and Alessandra were great also. They called a taxi for us and the taxi was in front of hotel in less than 5 min. We came in late most nights and they made sure with water and ice after a long day out and about. Any staff members I didn’t mention, they were great also. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others and will return when we come back to Rome. Thank y’all so much!

The staff was so helpful, attentive, and friendly. The room was clean and appeared to have been newly renovated. Breakfast was fresh and surprisingly was served in our room.

The staff were amazing and helpful, shout out to Maya, Rosa, and Sergio who made the stay so pleasant. Clean space, secure, and well maintained. They brought a special birthday message and treat for me. The balcony was nice overlooking the river especially in the morning and at night. Breakfast was included and delicious and they remembered our orders. The room was air conditioned, had good storage space, nice bathroom with bidet, bed was good. Great location, close to restaurants, groceries, and sites to see. Thanks for the great stay!

Fantastické The staff at this hotel are amazing, friendly and make you feel at home. Your safety is a top priority and you can feel it. Great location to walk to all of the big attractions and tons of good restaurants near by. Would highly recommended this hotel. We will be back again thank you

The staff were extremely kind & helpful. Breakfast (room service) was plentiful, fresh, timely & just perfect! Location was convenient, lots within walking distance. Highly recommend

This place was refreshing! Everything worked as it should, clean, great A C, awesome staff one of the pretty young ladies even helped me book my train tickets, so appreciate it !! And excellent breakfast 😊
