The car park was full when we arrived. The attendant directed us to park at the public car park opposite adjacent to the hotel. The hotel staff were helpful. There was an amenity room on 2nd floor where u could do laundry, microwave and coffee machine. Good overall experience 👍

The hotel feels super new as it was freshly renovated, and everything was clean, modern, and well maintained. We booked the 36m² room and it felt extremely spacious for the two of us, especially by Japan standards. The layout was comfortable and we were very happy with the room overall. Check-in was slightly bumpy at first because we wanted to change the room type from the sofa bed configuration to a twin room with sofa, but the staff handled it professionally and were very helpful throughout the stay. Location-wise, it’s very convenient — within about 500m of JR Sapporo Station, which made day trips really easy. Daimaru is also nearby for shopping and food. It’s a bit more of a walk to Nijo Market and the main shopping district, but still manageable. One thing that really stood out was the service. The staff were extremely helpful when we needed to arrange luggage courier service to Hakodate, which made the rest of our Hokkaido trip much smoother. Overall, a really comfortable and convenient stay in Sapporo, and I would gladly stay here again.

Staff were very cordial and helpful. We arrived too early to check in but were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after we pre registered. When came back after exploring the area they had checked us in and brought our bags to the room!

Great location very near train station and mall. Newly renovated. Room was very spacious.

Breakfast menu was limited. Free coffee 24/7. great

Convenient and close to Sapporo station. Recently renovated in 2026 so everything looked brand new. Large public bath is great to soak in after a long day.

Location is amazing, attenttion to details to all of the room amenities, staff are very well trained

The only pros was the hotel location. Selection of breakfast buffet was terrible and the start time of breakfast was later than other hotels, and very crowded due to its limited space.
