the TV location is a bit odd. Especially it is connected to a extension cord that is crossed over the entrance to walk-in-closet.
I would suggest to move the TV to the table by the window.
And move the bed a bit more toward the door to the room, As if you get out of bed on the right side (facing the washroom) The idel between the side chair and the bed side is rather tight. ( I bumped my knee or foot a few with the side chair ).

Owner was friendly and welcoming. I didn’t realize this unit had a shared bathroom, but it was no problem and very clean. The house was very quiet and I had a very good sleep. Had to leave early so can’t comment on breakfast.

Sunny and Island are a wonderful husband and wife team. They are excellent hosts. They welcomed me so warmly. My room was immaculate. The breakfast was a delight each morning. I couldn't have been more impressed.

We enjoyed our stay. Our hosts warmly welcomed us and served a delicious breakfast to us each morning ($10 Canadian each). They also suggested several good local restaurants for dinner. If we visit Surrey again, we’ll definitely stay at Sunny Island again.

We were assured that the room we reserved had a private bathroom but it was shared with multiple other guests. Room was very cold and no extra blankets for the bed were available. It seemed as though the hosts were brand new to running a B & B. Hopefully, things will improve.
