Rezervoval som si časový úsek priamo v tomto onsen a bol to fantastický zážitok. Po príchode bol personál ústretový a moja rezervácia bola pripravená. Zariadenia boli bezchybné: čisté šatne a teplota vody bola perfektná. Páčilo sa mi, že som si mohol namočiť nohy vlastným tempom bez toho, aby ma tlačil skupinový rozvrh. Pre každého, kto uprednostňuje samostatnú, pokojnú návštevu onsen bez ďalších zastávok na prehliadku pamiatok, je priama rezervácia onsen tou správnou cestou. Vrelo odporúčam!

Stepping into Hell's Gate Geothermal Park in Rotorua felt like entering a prehistoric world. This place is an absolute must-visit! The guided tour, which was nothing short of excellent. Seeing the steaming fumaroles, the boiling mud, and the raw power of the landscape up close was a truly epic experience—nature at its most fierce and beautiful. But the real magic happened afterwards at the mud spa. After exploring the active thermal park, dipping into the geothermal mud baths and sulphur spas was pure heaven. It was superbly refreshing to soak in the warm, nutrient-rich waters while looking out over the misty, unique landscape. What I loved most is how inclusive it is. It really is suitable for all age groups; my whole family, from the elders to the little ones, had a fantastic time. It is the perfect blend of education, adventure, and pure relaxation. If you are in Rotorua, do not miss Hell's Gate. It is an experience for the soul!

Hot springs temperature ranges between 36 and 41 Degree Celsius. Great view overseeing the lake rotorua and got a lot of nice photos taken with the amazing view! Clean and well maintained toilet despite looking older but it has all the basic amenities and staffs coming around from time to time to refill towels.
