Vlak Puffing Billy & prehliadka tučniakov & park koál & pláž Brighton

Sprievodca Curtis bol veľmi nadšený a spočiatku sa mohlo zdať, že veľa rozpráva. Neskôr vám však dopraje aj čas na oddych. Celý výlet bol dostatočne dlhý, vôbec sme sa necítili uponáhľaní, len niektorí hostia možno prišli trochu neskoro. Zážitok s parným vláčikom bol veľmi príjemný, nečakal som, že budeme cestovať takmer 45 minút. Väčšinu suvenírov si podľa mňa netreba kupovať, radšej si urobte čas na fotenie a obdivovanie scenérie. Keď sme išli pozrieť tučniaky, prekvapilo ma, že si sprievodca všimol, že mám krátku sukňu, spýtal sa, či mi nie je zima, a dokonca mi dal aj ohrievací vankúšik. Ja som typ, ktorému zima nevadí, takže som ho hneď dala kamarátke, ktorej zima vadí. Odporúčam všetkým kúpiť si luxusné sedadlá, pretože uvidíte celý proces, ako tučniaky vychádzajú na breh a potom sa vracajú. Budete od nich len na vzdialenosť dvoch dlaní, čo naozaj stojí za to. Ešte prekvapivejšie bolo plné nebo hviezd, scenéria s tučniakmi bola naozaj 100%. Veľmi pekne ďakujem za tento zážitok.

Curtis je vtipný a spoľahlivý sprievodca. Ponúkol skvelé tipy na náš výlet na Phillip Island. Keď sme boli na Phillip Islande, podrobne nám vysvetlil aj najlepšie miesta na pozorovanie tučniakov. Keď sme prišli k vchodu do Maru Koala and Animal Park, predstavenie strihania oviec sa malo začať o päť minút. Curtis nás viedol, aby sme nezmeškali úžasné predstavenie. Po skončení prehliadky a ceste späť do centra mesta nám odporučil aj mnoho vynikajúcich miestnych reštaurácií. Celkovo som mimoriadne spokojný s jeho profesionalitou a nadšením. Vrelo odporúčam!

This tour is fantastic! An exoerience not to be missed. Despite in the rainy winter, the driver Curtis made it all a smooth journey. He even has good quality raincoat that he prepared for all of us! Very thoughtful. Curtis is also very informative and friendly. Thank you!!

The highlights were unforgettable: from the unique experience of riding the Puffing Billy steam train with our legs dangling outside, to the colorful beach huts at Brighton Beach. The finale at Phillip Island was truly memorable; despite a sudden heavy downpour during the Penguin Parade, seeing the little penguins return to the beach alongside sightings of wallabies and wild geese against a backdrop of magnificent coastal views made for a perfect day."

Pickup and drop-off arrangements were clearly communicated, and he was punctual at every stop. One highlight was our visit to Maru Koala Park, where Curtis showed us how to feed the kangaroos and getting great selfies with them—something we really appreciated. At Philip Island, his advice on where and how to spot the penguins made a big difference, and we had an amazing viewing experience. On the way there, we were also lucky to spot many wild wallabies, which added an extra touch of excitement to the journey. Overall, a very enjoyable and well-organized tour—highly recommended!

Loved the Puffing Billy train experience, we arrived right on time at every destination thanks to the tour guide’s excellent arrangements. It gets very windy at the Nobbies and Brighton beach, so be sure to dress warmly. At the Penguin Parade, try to get a seat at the front if possible. Otherwise, once you spot the penguins at the beach, you can leave the general viewing area and wait on the right side of the path leading back to the centre for a closer view. The tour guide provided detailed explanations throughout, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

This’s the great tour that everyone who plans to travel outside of Melbourne. Even on our day, it rained sometime, but most of time was when we needed to be outside, I still feel it’s great day for me. Our guide, Mr.Curtis, is so nice too. All of his services to us, I’m appreciated with. He explained well both English and Chinese, and he had some ideas to cope with the uncertain weather.
