we had a great experience. got great value for money. service was also very friendly. our guide was Travis - he is a funny guy! food was great. view was great! I love kayaking to the fishing village and hearing a bit on their history. the cave was also nice, just a short hike up and down. since I booked for the 19th but it was full they contacted me to ask whether I want to move to 20th, which was fine for us and then they gave us an unexpected upgrade to a nicer room! overall, great experience!

Momentálne sme stále na palube La Regina, ak by som mohla dať 10 hviezdičiek, tak by som dala. Výlet je pre mňa a môjho manžela PERFEKTNÝ. Peter je veľmi ústretový a všetci sa k nám správajú ako ku KRÁĽOVSKEJ rodine. Peter sa postaral o to, aby boli splnené všetky naše rozumné potreby. Všetci zamestnanci, nepamätám si ich mená, ale napriek viditeľnej únave im úsmev nikdy nezmizol z tváre. Peter bol včera večer naozaj unavený, ale aj tak uprednostnil všetkých hostí. Čo sa týka itinerára, bolo to tak akurát, ani príliš únavné, ani príliš nudné. Túto plavbu a tento balíček VRELO ODPORÚČAME, určite sa vrátime s rodinou a priateľmi.

I chose the Bai Tu Long Bay package because I wanted a quieter, less touristy experience. Not many providers offer this route, so I was happy to find the La Regina Classic cruise on Klook. It came highly recommended and now I know why. The Tour Leader was kind and informative, the boat was very clean, and the entire crew was warm and friendly. One of the highlights for us was how much they cared about guests with special dietary needs. As Muslims, we truly appreciated their effort in preparing halal-friendly meals. They also catered very well to vegan guests. The food was not only thoughtful, but also very tasty. We especially enjoyed the visit to the floating fishing village and the beautiful cave exploration—both unique and peaceful experiences. The onboard activities were also fun and relaxing, making the whole trip feel rich and well-rounded. This cruise is perfect for those looking for a more meaningful and quiet alternative to Halong Bay, especially if you need halal-friendly or vegan food. Just remember to book early—it often gets fully booked. We’re so glad we chose this package!

Plavba sa nám veľmi páčila, aj keď bola nakoniec trochu krátka, na lodi sme strávili menej ako 24 hodín, hoci ide o dvojdňovú plavbu s jednou nocou. Náš sprievodca Travis bol úžasný, nechali sme sa unášať loďou. Boli tam príjemné aktivity ako lov kalamárov, plavba na bambusovej lodi do dediny, návšteva jaskyne, kurz varenia. A hlavne sme sa veľmi dobre najedli, nebolo treba žiadne občerstvenie. Túto spoločnosť vám odporúčame!

La Regina Classic Cruise ponúka zážitok s výborným pomerom ceny a kvality. Peter ako hostiteľ spolu so všetkými zamestnancami boli skvelí a veľmi ústretoví. Itinerár prebiehal výborne a načas. Miesta, ktoré sme navštívili, boli úžasné. Je to skvelý spôsob, ako sa zregenerovať a užiť si relaxačné dni!

we were informed the day before our cruise that they were unable to operate the next day, and offered an upgrade to La Regina Legend cruise instead which goes to Lan Ha Bay. We weren’t too fussy bout it so was good upgrade for us. Can’t comment much on the Classic cruise but Legend cruise was good overall. Staff attentiveness was great, food on board was surprisingly good and rooms were comfortable. Only downside was there were a few baby cockroaches in our bathroom which was slightly unpleasant, and the activities were a little boring - although they’re not mandatory and you can opt to stay on the cruise instead.

the trip is a must go if you visit vietnam. regina classic provides the best service n activity itinerary. very good value! i will recommend to all my friends and family. the staffs are super friendly and helpful very polite and responsive the food is awesome with a variety of drink menu too ! ha long bay is so beautiful breathtaking kinda beautiful

Absolutely wonderful and unforgettable experience. Pick-up and drop-off at our hotel were seamless and hassle-free, making the whole journey very comfortable. The entire trip was smooth, well paced, and fully guided, so we could just relax and enjoy ourselves. Our tour guide, Peter, was amazing. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and always made sure everyone was comfortable and happy. He explained everything clearly and created a fun, enjoyable atmosphere throughout the trip. The food provided was delicious. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking and truly magnificent.
