Celodenná plavba Dragon King: Prehliadka zálivu Ha Long so Sung Sot a Ti Top

This is the highlight of our Hanoi trip. A full day packed with activities. A day before the tour, the operator/travel agency told us that we are to be upgraded to Diamond Era Cruise. Our tour guide was Tim. He was warm, nice, but rigid. Ha Long Bay is truly jaw-dropping, an awe-inspiring masterpiece of nature with stunning limestone karsts, emerald waters, and unforgettable views. The cruise was clean, spacious, modern. It also has large sundeck for sightseeing and sunset viewing.

Ken is a really awesome tour guide and would accommodate us to our needs when neccessary. He is knowledgable on the history of the places we visited. We had lots of fun in this tour. I would reccommend taking the jet ski/speed boat at one of the location as it covers many different areas that would take 2 days to go around (if taken by a cruise). The places that we went to were very beautiful too but unfortunately it was a bit foggy up the mountain.

I was upgraded to the Diamond Era Cruise and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, and the cruise facilities were great. There was a minor disagreement when boarding the bus, but Oliver and Tom handled the situation very well and helped resolve it quickly. Many thanks to both of them for their professionalism and support. Highly recommended!

Absolútne úžasný zážitok! Náš sprievodca Tung bol perfektný – veľmi dobre informovaný, všetko jasne vysvetlil a jeho zábavná osobnosť urobila celý výlet ešte lepším. Plavba bola super čistá a dobre udržiavaná a autobusový transfer bol čistý, plynulý a mimoriadne pohodlný. Všetko bolo od začiatku do konca dobre zorganizované. Celkový zážitok 100/100! Tour is good.Two stops from Hanoi. One for quick toilet break. Another at the pearl farm which thankfully was not too long. Titop island was crowded on the hiking path but okay. Despite instructions to not smoke, many do which is annoying. At the Luon cave, you can kayak or ride the bamboo boat or take a speed boat at about usd10 per pax. Last stop surprise cave was good natural attraction but again also very crowded. Ha long bay scenery is excellent. Tour guide, Minh was good and kept the group organized and going. The tour experience was somewhat affected by a group of rude and drunk Polish people unfortunately.

This tour takes you to must-see places in Halong Bay. Alex was such an informative guide. He explained the details really well. He also made sure all our needs were attended to. This company and tour in particular is, I think, better services than the others. It was worth it.

The tour was good, and the weather was fine. It wasn't too tiring, and it was a good exercise for all of us. Overall, the tour is a must when you experience the Halong Bay cruise.

Ha Long Bay was very very beautiful and a must-visit destination if you are here in Hanoi. This agency provided free hotel pick-up and drop-off if you are staying in Hanoi Old Quarter. Our tour guide Mr Ken was very knowledgeable and humorous, keeping us all well entertained during the trip. This tour agency was honest and did not engage in pressure-sale tactics. In fact, the only retail stop we had was the Pearl Farm, and only a short while at that. Ken brought us to all the nice places in Ha Long Bay and we had a really great time enjoying the natural scenery. Overall, great value and highly recommended.

really worth the money we pay! everything was so clear, they contacted me first to make sure the pick up time for the bus, we got picked up by our lovely guide Mr. Tom and the bus driver exactly at the time mentioned. we don’t have to do anything, Mr. Tom took care of us since the beginning to the end! will recommend this service 🥰

Overall it was very good experience, guide Toan is knowledgeable and gives clear instructions what to be aware of, recommended.
