Recenzie
Amazing views and our guide Nia was super nice and friendly. Transportation was comfortable and the homestay was warm and cozy. Would be better (for the tour operator) to: 1. Message us immediately after receiving the order on Klook 2. Remain contactable as much as possible 3. Communicate timings better 4. Serve/find better food
Had a great experience where all the logistics and planning were handled seamlessly.
Unsatisfactory package. -description of the tour was bare minimal -itinerary was emailed 2a.m on the first day of the tour and was very inconsistent with what was mentioned by the driver on the day - didnt specify needing a tent or camping essential or any meals provided till the start of the tour itself which incurred extra expenses to rent at ranger station, moreover breakfast/lunch venue (own expenses) we didnt had a choice. Was picked by the driver. - for the price of $170 each. we bascially got a driver thats all
Hi, we thank you for raising your concerns and sharing feedback on your experience - it is regrettable that things weren't up to your expectations with your booking with Mt. Pulag Hiking Tour from Baguio. This isn't what we'd hoped to hear and will be taking this as honest, constructive feedback to share within the team and merchant. What we'll do for you, is report this back to the merchant on your behalf. That said, we thank you once again for choosing to book with Klook and we hope to serve you again. Sincerely, Sya
