Super loved the experience! Brought my family with 3 kids and my parents and everything was well planned! it was super fun with the Jeep ride, hippo feeding and also the boat ride. our tour guide was so good and took for us many nice pictures! totally recommend this to those with kids!

Staff at ticketing hub was friendly. Mosquito repellent provided. Ranger/ driver was very knowledgeable and gladly answered all questions. We had the truck all to ourselves like a private tour on a Sunday morning. The ride was bumpy but exciting! Saw the crocodiles and fed the hippos Baby and Lily. Shared boat ride with another family but it not crowded. Ranger showed us pitcher plant and bird nests. Overall a very enjoyable experience!

Very memorable close-to-nature adventure for my family. We had a great time on the boat cruise & safari tour. The boat cruise was calm & peaceful with breathtaking views. The safari tour was exciting as we had a bumpy ride across the forest to get up close & personal with the hippos. We get to touch & feed the hippos. And later get to watch the crocodile too. Highly recommended for parents to bring the lkids. Kudos to our tour guide & drive; Shahila & Achik

really helpful customer service, allowed me to change my slot last minute. my kids really enjoyed it. whole thing is about 1 hour+, inclusive of truck ride, boat ride and visit to hippo & crocodile lakes. iirc hippo feeding is 10am daily, crocodile feeling is 10-11am on Saturdays and Sundays.

we were happy and satisfied with the service . our guide and driver were very friendly and helpful. both of them volunteers to take our photographs. we were able to participate in feeding the hippo. the scenery throughout the trip was so beautiful and calming. it is recommended to come with kids and family.

Really recommended for everyone to tryout. Worth the money, staff are really welcoming, best service from them. Really proper, no hassle! just park car at the location given, there will be a pickup jeep to welcome you! i was really luck to be able to watch the hippo & crocodile feeding during my session. booked the 9am ones for hippo feeding & later around 11am - crocodile feeding. I will bring my other relatives&friends here.

The whole trip was fun and exciting, especially for the kids! Santai-santai sahaja, nothing too fancy. The staffs were really friendly and helpful. Our tour guide for the day were Sheila and Helmi. We booked the 9am slot via WhatsApp and call. Arrived just in time and started with boat cruise. It was relaxing. Safari tour was fun too. Managed to feed the hippos as well. Crocodiles were fed at 11 am so we couldn't feed them but still, the staffs dropped us at the crocodile lake for us to see. Overall, a quality fun time spend with the kids. 10/10.

Nice experience Management was very kind to allow us to switch day because my kid got sick and had to reschedule Experience at safari: nice experience in ranger pick up,but not much animals to see, to name it a safari,i actually expecting to see a lot of animals..
