my sistee was happy to get an internet connection in the entire trip because she was able to contact her family. the only problem we encounter is locating the pick up area and waiting for the store to open. suggest the store will operate 24 hours.

It was easy to locate the store at the airport, and the staff was efficient and helpful in the entire process. We’ve been travelling for more than 3 weeks in the Mekong Delta region, and been very happy with the mobile reception wherever we went.

Viettel employees are so accommodating. We just gave our passport and voucher to them, they did the rest of setting up our sim making sure that its working. For the signal, its excellent! Ill recommend this for sure 👌
