Chef Heeyoung took us on a tour through the local markets (some which we wouldn’t have found) and it was great to have some background and understanding of the culture and history of Busan. On top of that shw gave us some amazing recommendations for great eats such as the stall on the Jagalchi market and milmyeon. It was a delight and would definitely recommend for a deeper cultural understanding.

Heeyoung bola úžasná, veľkorysá a informovaná sprievodkyňa. Veľmi rada sa podelila o svoje vedomosti a lásku k jedlu a Južnej Kórei. Ak niekto váha, či sa na túto prehliadku vydať, smelo do toho! This is a must do tour. Chef Heeyoung knows Busan and the local markets very well. I particularly liked the explanation about the seasonal food, tips on how to cook the different types of fish and seafood and extra recommendations for where to have dinner after the tour.
