What a wonderful trip with Harumi as our tour guide. She helps me to find a place for praying. She is also nice in explain and build communication with everyone that join this trip. We are so lucky to see Mount Fuji many times even though there is no snow yet. We took a cruise in Lake Ashi then go with cable car to the top of Hakone. Lunch is so yummy, we booked muslim friendly. We were going back from Odawara station to Tokyo station by Shinkansen. Overall i really enjoy the trip. Sayonara, for sure i'll be back and big chance to booked again the trip.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish I liked it because it was very Japanese be on time listen to instructions made me laugh this is their country and I totally respect their culture and got information on all their culture from sport to religion and a Mt fuji song would recommend for anyone any age to go just bring some cash always handy to be prepared, it was a really good day so some photos can be weather dependant but it's a great overall day out.

This tour was the highlight of our Tokyo trip from start to finish. All of the planned activities were so fun, especially the lunch & drum show. Our tour guide Marie made the whole experience worthwhile - great energy all day & lots of interesting facts.

Weather was not our side as this trip was just as Typhoon Shanshan was starting. We were unable to see Mount Fuji, were unable to go on the ropeway, and unable to take the Shinkansen. Despite that we had a great day as both our guide and driver did their best to both find us alternative activities and get us back to Tokyo safely. Highly recommend.

Our day trip to Mt. Fuji and Hakone was absolutely incredible! We started with breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji, which looked even more majestic in person. The Hakone ropeway offered panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Ashi, which was followed by a relaxing cruise on the lake itself—so scenic and peaceful! The drum show was a surprise highlight, with powerful performances that added a unique cultural touch to the day. This trip was a perfect mix of nature, culture, and adventure. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Japan!

I left booking my day trip to Mt. Fuji and Hakone, till the last min, while on the final leg of my trip to Japan, but was so happy that I did it. An amazing way to get to explore the region. Some how was blessed enough to have scheduled to do this tour, on the first clear(er) day after a couple of overcast days in Tokyo (mid Nov), and it just so happened, to be first day of the season that Mt. Fuji had a snow cap, which made the excursion even more special! I was travelling on my own, but it was nice to interact and chat with other guests, both on the coach & shinkansen, various stops as well as over lunch. I also really appreciated that there were vegetarian and halal friendly (no alcohol used or pork ingredients), which were confirmed before we headed out in the morning incase anyone wanted to change. Our guide "Shue" was fantastic, very insightful, funny and made sure we all got the most our of trip while ensuring we were on time to make it to the next destination!

Was able to see Mt Fuji so clearly on the trip. the transfers were so seamless. the guide Mari was also so informative and patient.

the guide was amazing so helpful. lunch was great the entertainment was a great bonus. such amazing weather at Fuji we got very lucky. the whole day right through to the bullet train was amazing.

this was certainly the best way to see Mt Fuji and fit in the other experiences. There was no stress, Marie checked in with us several times throughout the day, and all the staff were easily identifiable and spoke English very well. Marie was very informative and approachable, and has a great sense of humour and smile. Good value

I would just like to thank the Tour Guide team especially Mr. Suzuki for accommodating us. We missed a purchase for 1 child and they assured that there will be no problem. Mr. Suzuki even went the extra mile by purchasing the Shinkansen ticket for our child. It was very kind and we are very thankful to Mr. Suzuki. I highly recommend this package.
