The driver is a kind person, punctual and professional. The experience is great and we were very happy. The kids enjoyed the trip even it was raining so hard in white crater. They enjoyed playing with the rain in Kawah Putih.

Vodička Nela hovorí výborne po anglicky, takže s komunikáciou nebol žiadny problém. Bola veľmi čestná a nepýtala si od nás žiadne extra prepitné ani iné neohlásené poplatky. Okrem atrakcií, ktoré som si našiel online, navrhla aj ďalšie miesta, ktoré by sme mohli navštíviť. Keď sme nevedeli, kde sa najesť, odporučila nám reštaurácie alebo kaviarne v okolí. Ak bolo treba, vystúpila z auta a zaviedla nás k najlepšiemu miestu na fotenie a ochotne nám pomohla s fotografovaním.
