Very good guide and provided us with lots of information and history of Doge of Venice. She is very attentive.

The tour guide was a local from Venice and was very informative of the historical facts of the beatiful Venice. Advantage of the ticket is of course skipping the line and going straight to the entrance. Thr palace is beautiful! It truly is a must-see when you visit this city. One thing to note though is Ifeel the tour was a bit rushed though yes in general,most guided tours are like that but it was a bit too fast for me especially Im with my almost-senior mom.

It’s easy to find the meeting place , but the tour was rather short from 11.45 to 1 pm for the fare charged. Overall, the tour was great, tour guide is clear & knowledgeable

the palace is amazing. definitely worth a visit. the entrance ticket gives you access to a few other museum nearby. the tour guide is friendly and speaks ok English. there was no queue to start with in December so the skip the line seems unnecessary. I would recommend getting your own ticket if you are visiting during low season. otherwise an enjoyable experience

景點本身很有可觀性，內裝非常華麗。但是集合的安排需被扣分：klook門票上寫著行程10:30開始，並要求我必須提早最少15分鐘到達集合，否則不能參加，結果集合的職員10:28才悠閒地出現，他沒有覺得自己遲到了不好意思，然後導遊也等到10:40才現身，10:45出發。

tour guide was very insightful in giving us history lessons and more about venice. didnt really need skip the line as there was no line to skip and tour guide was 10mins late

很值得因為自己玩沒法聽這麼詳細解說，又免排隊，強推這個行程總督府是威尼斯重要的點
