Vlakový lístok JR Thunderbird (Osaka/Kjóto do Kanazawy)

第一次用这个Klook买通票，有点忐忑，心中没底。 兑换指引：我们是中午12点从二号航站楼出关，免费shuttle bus坐到一号航站楼，上二楼，JR车站有人工窗口，今天周末，排队的人也不多。有位中文极好的先生（应该是中国人）当班，沟通很容易，顺利兑换了从新大阪到敦贺的JR特急雷鸟号，再从敦贺转新干线到金泽，都有座位，放大行李箱也没问题。考虑到86岁母亲，他建议我们中间换乘时间多留一点，这样人生地不熟，又拖着两个大箱子，不用火急火燎找站台赶路。时间是多了点，但很顺利。

Purchased the Toyama to Osaka ticket on the same day. Cheaper on Klook and came with free 3GB eSIM! Easy to buy through the ticketing machine. Do note that after buying the ticket, you need to use the machine again to choose reserved seats! Took me a while to figure out what to do, but it turned out all good. You can select reserved seats for both shinkansen and the Thunderbird Limited Express - however there was not enough space at the seats in Thunderbird for our big luggages, so must make sure you check where the oversized baggage area is beforehand! There was a lot of ppl transferring to the Thunderbird too so if you have a short transfer time between trains, ensure you walk fast!

這次往返京都和金澤，我是選擇實體票，到綠色機台掃QRcode和護照再換實體票，非常方便。

seat reservation process: Easy to do and well worth booking seats. price: Was a great price to do the whole trip in one go, changed trains at the station half way to our destination and no problems. pass area coverage: Great views of the country side and had great internet coverage so could still keep in contact with people.

因為是全家出遊，所以選擇實體票，從京都到金澤，在京都0月台搭特急雷鳥號到敦賀，再轉搭新幹線到金澤，行程順暢。

This train is really convenient, especially on the Shinkansen from Tsuruga to Toyama. However, when transfer in Tsuruga, it is really short time and we only catch the train in time by the kindly help of a staff in the station. In general, this trip is really good and we highly recommend this.

第一次搭乘新開通到敦賀的新幹線接雷鳥號到大阪，護照換好票後要再預約指定席要按螢幕上優待票那個選項才能預約位置。

편하고 저렴하게 이용할수 있어 좋았습니다. 교토역에서는 발매기로 직접 발권하고 좌석 지정해야 됩니다.

travelled from osaka to kanazawa in a group of 4. redeemed our tickets with the qr code from the machines at osaka station. easy to redeem with some help from the JR customer service instructions.

Easy to purchase and redeem. Kanazawa only has one green machine to change over qr code to actual tickets and scan your passports. It's located to the left of the shinkansen entrance marked as a line up for foreigners. There was staff at the machine to help you process your ticket and help select seats.
