Shanghai can be pretty busy and intense, so this felt like a little pause in the middle of the trip. The space was calm, the pace was slow, and the tea tasting was really nicely done. I left feeling more relaxed than I expected, which honestly made it one of my favorite parts of the day.
Thank you Robin / Yu Bin for a wonderful experience! He was super patient in answering all our questions, and you can really tell the passion he has for tea :) Of course, the tea was excellent as well. Would love to come again to try a different selection.
A very enjoyable and well guided tea experience. The setting was a quiet popup venue with a modern, stylish feeling, but it still kept the atmosphere of Chinese tea. I liked learning how to compare different teas instead of just drinking one cup and leaving. The host was friendly and explained things in a clear way. It is a good activity for travelers who want something relaxed, cultural, and easy to fit into a Shanghai itinerary.
I booked this after seeing a Shanghai travel video by Dany Dev, and it turned out to be a very worthwhile experience. The tea tasting was calm, well organized, and different from the usual tourist activities. The private popup space looked modern and tasteful, and the host helped us understand the teas through smell, taste, and small details.
