Warm and relaxing experience on the Catherine day cruise. The space is elegant, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The food was better than expected and the service was attentive. Would definitely come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

overall is good. just a bit of miscommunication between agent and driver. We almost miss the cruise, luckily the cruise waited for us. at first the van driver sent us to wrong location Catherine Cruise port as he mention that he just follow the location agent has share. after 10mins discuss he contact the agent then he sent us to the correct port which is at Danetion cafe waiting lounge (seaside), Sun port. Im happy as we still manage to join the cruise. 👍🏻👍🏻

I had an amazing experience on the Catherine Horizon Cruise in Ha Long Bay! The yacht is brand new, beautifully designed, and offers a truly luxurious atmosphere. From the stunning views to the delicious food and relaxing infinity pool, everything was perfect. The itinerary was well-organized, allowing us to explore caves, kayak, and fully enjoy the beauty of the bay in comfort. Du thuyền rất sang trọng, tiện nghi. Buffet nhiều ngon, chất lượng. Thái độ phục vụ của các bạn nhân viên nhiệt tình, chuyên nghiệp. Lịch trình đi cả ngày trên vịnh thì cảm giác hơi dài chút. Có lẽ nên bố trí thêm các loại hình giải trí khác trong chuyến đi

The day cruise is definitely a highlight to my trip! We arrived in Ha Long a day before and just head to the pier by ourselves. The boarding is smooth and you could definitely feel this is a luxury cruise. Great food, great service, great itinerary. Our guide (Maddie?) is also really helpful. I recommend the kayak trip as well. definitely worth every penny!

1、行程安排不合理，早上五点出发，接其他乘客接了一个多小时，到达下龙湾8点半，等了四十五分钟才开始登船，浪费了我的时间。回程更是离谱，四点半下船，五点车子来接，一路接了很多不是这个团的乘客，导致晚上九点都还没送我到酒店！！！这是最让我气愤的地方。2、用餐，这个船可以选龙虾套餐，但是并没有选项给我购买，下午茶也不一样。每人六百多人民币的价格，并不便宜，享受的服务还不如别人，这点感受非常不好，或者你早点让我选择还有龙虾可以选。

What an amazing experience - everything went really well. Our guide went out of his way to make this an unforgettable day for us. We loved every minute! Spectacular scenery - would highly recommend! One of the best and attentive guides ever. Thank you!

The Cruise seems expensive then the rest but is worth every penny. Staff was very helpful and supportive. They helped in getting desired vegetarian options and considering us non vietnamesse, they accompanied us throughout the journey. Pickup and Drop very vehicles were also amazing

the service was great although the drinks were not cold I don’t know about the other people experiences but thats what i got, the food was top notch, o had an excellent experience would recommend.
