Great tour! Sora was an awesome guide and there was a lot of food and drinks provided. We learned a ton about Japanese culture and the area as well. It was easy to book last minute for 5 people and it was still a small group at 8 people total including Sora. Highly recommend!

Vielen Dank für den tollen Abend. Es war sehr schön und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Wir waren eine kleine Gruppe und es wurde auf unsere Wünsche sehr eingegangen. Sobald jemand etwas nicht essen wollte/konnte, wurde für eine Alternative gesorgt die wirklich lecker waren. Wir haben auf Soras Empfehlungen gehört und wurden nicht enttäuscht. We absolutely loved the Tokyo Shinjuku Food Tour. It was one of the highlights of our trip! From the moment we met our guide, Naoya, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and so much fun. This small-group experience felt personal and relaxed, and every stop was filled with delicious food, fascinating stories, and genuine local flavor. Over the course of the tour we savored an incredible variety of dishes (about 16!) across four unique eateries, each offering something different and memorable. We tried things we never would have discovered on our own and got a real taste of authentic Japanese cuisine — from sizzling izakaya bites to flavorful local favorites and cultural classics that were both surprising and satisfying. Our guide’s passion and knowledge added so much depth to the experience, blending food with fascinating insights into Shinjuku’s culture and culinary traditions.
