Tour guide was very kind. There were only 2 of us during the trip but he was still eager and happy to show us around. On the way back he even asked us if we wanted to be dropped off at a specific location, he helped us find an open shopping centre. The places we visited were very beautiful as well. For reference we went during the last week of September. There were very few lavenders but the rest of the flowers were in bloom. We highly recommend this trip.

Dnes som sa zúčastnil prehliadky s naším sprievodcom Oscarom. Autobus bol veľmi čistý a pohodlný, čo spríjemnilo cestu. Oscar bol počas celého výletu priateľský a ochotný. Aktivita na snežnom skútri bola veľmi vzrušujúca a určite vrcholom dňa. Celkovo to bol veľmi uspokojivý zážitok. Ďakujem, Oscar!

Emma was a great tour guide! she explained everything soooo well, but actually the schedule was too short, so we bit a rush here and there. like zoo only 100min, can’t see every animal, also the biei cause we order food, also eat with rush, and the ningle also, just walk and take picture then need to rush again to go back bus. but overall this itinerary the best compare to other

Oscar was an exceptional one-day tour guide for our visit to Asahiyama Zoo. From start to finish, Oscar was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly attentive—especially traveling with a young child. He made the day seamless and stress-free, handled logistics smoothly, and ensured we never felt rushed while still seeing all the highlights.

Had a wonderful time on this tour, thanks in no small part to our guide! Oscar has a great sense of humour and kept the mood light throughout the journey with his jokes and stories, making even the longer rides enjoyable. A special mention as well for the cleanliness of the bus; it was clear that pride is taken in maintaining a pleasant and comfortable environment for guests. Overall, a fun, well-managed tour with a guide who truly cares about both the experience and the people. Highly recommended!

The itinerary was very convenient for us as we wanted to have a day trip out of the city. We were able to see so many beautiful places within a day. While certain places only had a short amount of time, it is understandable as we had many other places to go.
