the place is nice , the staff is friendly however i think klook inclusion is a bit misleading. the klook inclusion stated headspa, facial, massage, foot soak/scrub with manicure and pedicure. But as you can see on the picture i only receive manicure. The staff mentioned the offer is valid for either one not both. Its not the staff fault but i think klook should update the inclusion.
will try again. massage is very good especially after a long day of walking. what i liked about the spa is the attention to derail to the overall experience. therapist was very accomodating and reapinsive via whatsapp. i contacted them prior to booking so i know if timeslot is ok. before my appointment tome. they booked grab from my hotel to the spa so i wont get lost. upon arriving, they welcomed us and proceeded with a warm footbath accompanied with a nice back massage. then the actual massage started. afterwards, they gave us togurt, tea and coconut biscuit snacks. they wanted to book grab back to my hotel but i told them no because it was kinda expensive. overall experience is super great! glad i booked ny spa day via klook!

店家真的很貼心，雖然語言不通，但可以感受到服務人員的認真，這次購買的銀色方案，整整120分鐘，這是我在峴港8天按摩6次最讓人驚訝的服務，臉部洗臉按摩還有幫你吸粉刺….加上旁邊有藥草的蒸氣烘臉….實在讓人感到驚艷，而且真的在6公里內，店家還提供免費計程車接跟送，所以有去消費的各位，計程車錢已經幫你省下了，價格又比現場優惠，所以可以給這些辛苦的服務人員一點點小費嗎⋯⋯這個真的是真心肺腑之言😊😊
The spa was very great! The staff is very polite and despite we are late for 10 mins, we are still under good care. The place was tidy and clean, just a few blocks away from the beach, location is very convenient.

The diamond package was a delight for the ladies and despite the superior skills of the technicians, a little more smile was needed on the receptionist’s face. Luxury packages include hotel transfers within 6 kilometers, booked through the app, they will not contact you proactively, need to proactively contact the other party themselves for confirmation.
Massage was relaxing and enjoyable. Will highly recommend it for anyone who wish to relax. The package is as followed, foot bath, body massage, hair massage/facial and lastly pedicure and manicure. It was worth it for the price as it includes free pickup/Drop-off service.
