Prehliadka Asakusa, Kappabashi, Ueno: 3 hodiny spoznávania histórie a kultúry Tokia

Es gibt nichts Schöneres und besser, als sich von einem Einheimischen durch die Stadt führen zu lassen. Es war ein echtes Vergnügen, von Riho-san mehr über die Geschichte von Asakusa, Kappabashi und Ueno zu erfahren. Sie hat mich drei Stunden lang mit einem schönen Lächeln begleitet. Wir haben sogar eine kurze Pause für paar Bilder, einen Kaffee und zum Souvenir-Shopping eingelegt. Ich kann diese Tour nur wärmstens empfehlen. Nothing better than getting guided around the city by a local. It was a treat to learn about history of Asakusa, Kappabashi and Ueno from Riho-San. She guided me through the three hours with a smile. There was enough time to learn about the place and take pictures.She even stopped for a quick coffee and souvenir shopping. Riho-san has such a uplifting energy that the three hours of learning feel like a breeze. 10/10 recommend this tour.

Mali sme absolútne úžasný zážitok, a to všetko vďaka Cris. Je neuveriteľne inteligentná, vzdelaná, priateľská a skutočne pre nás urobila maximum. Cris nás premyslene sprevádzala cez Kaminarimon, nákupnú ulicu Nakamise, chrám Senso-ji, ulicu Hoppy, štvrť kuchynského riadu Kappabashi a park Ueno, pričom sa s nami delila o bohatú históriu a kultúru spôsobom, ktorý bol ľahko pochopiteľný, pútavý a nikdy nebol uponáhľaný. Bola veľmi milá a trpezlivá, dbala na to, aby sme si naplno užili a ocenili každú zastávku. Ešte viac nás ohromilo, že po skončení prehliadky nám Cris ochotne pomohla zorientovať sa v iných oblastiach, ktoré sme chceli preskúmať, vrátane Ginzy a nákupných miest, čo sme si skutočne vážili a vôbec sme to nečakali. Je to skutočne úžasná osoba a výnimočná sprievodkyňa. Určite ju odporučíme každému, kto navštívi Japonsko, a na našej ďalšej ceste ju určite opäť kontaktujeme. Ďakujeme Cris za vynikajúcu prácu! Zaslúžite si viac ako 5-hviezdičkové hodnotenie. Stálo to za to! ❤️

I had a pleasant experience on this tour as a solo traveler. My guide, Gwen, was very knowledgeable and shared many interesting facts and stories about the places we visited. Since I was the only guest, the tour was relaxed and never felt rushed, and we completed the itinerary on time. I was initially hoping to have a local Japanese guide, as I was particularly interested in learning about Tokyo from a local perspective. Still, Gwen was very knowledgeable about the area and did his best to make the tour informative and enjoyable. Overall, I learned a lot and enjoyed exploring Asakusa, Kappabashi, and Ueno. Thank you, Gwen, for the great tour!

I had a fantastic tour with Kirill! Not only was he very knowledgable about the sites we visited but also a very good communicator, the standout of the tour for me was visiting Ueno Park and getting the all too forgotten historical backdrop to the "Last Samurai", Saigō Takamori and the features of the park that are in contrast to him. Kirill also gave plenty of time for shopping around Kappabashi and getting refreshments throughout the duration of the tour, the latter was much needed on a hot summer's day in Tokyo! I would also like to highlight that Kirill knew some great hidden gems, some which were in plain sight but get bypassed and some hidden away, but I cannot spoil what those are! I highly recommed this tour for those who are genuinely interested in learning more about the area and Japan's History as a whole, the end point being Ameyoko and Ueno Station works great with any further itinerary for the day.

I ended up being the only one in this tour so I had a really good time and personal experience with my tour guide, Gwendal. He was very informative and helpful throughout the tour and would definitely recommend this tour to anyone interested in this area of Tokyo and its history!

Masumi our guide was great! She was punctual and did a great job explaining everything. Our tour ended up being private so we were able to tweak it to our interests. Masumi also took photos of us with her own phone (with permission) and sent them to us after. it was nice to see non-posed photos of our experiences.

I was really fortunate to do the tour by myself so it really felt like it was just me and my tourguide Miyuki taking a stroll around Asakusa, Kappabashi and Ueno! It was snowing most of the time but I really enjoyed the tour. It's a good one to start with if it's your first time in Tokyo especially if you're staying in the Asakusa area. Highly recommend!
