Michelle was our guide for the day, she was friendly, and able to give us a lot of information in each spot, and also helped us take group photos. In Biei its already past the peak of autumn, but its still beautiful.

Our driver Xiao Zhao was friendly and tried his best to communicate in english. But I noticed that he chose the route with no toll so our travel time added 20-30mins compared to the one that has toll. In the end 10hrs was not enough for the entire trip so we paid 10k yen for extension of 1.5hrs.

Driver arrived early and drove carefully in the snow. We were satisfied with the service. Would book with klook again for our next trip.

very good driver the car was very clean and it had good heating inside and the service was good the person was kind

We had a really great time on this tour. Driver made sure we arrived safely at every location and was always very patient while waiting for us.

the driver is nice and punctual. he is also very knowledgeable. The car is great and in excellent condition.
