We recently had the pleasure of touring Kyoto with Jasmine as our private guide, and she made the experience truly unforgettable. Her knowledge of the city and its rich history was exceptional, and she tailored the tour perfectly to meet our family’s needs. Jasmine's attentiveness was remarkable, especially when it came to our daughter, who sometimes feels overwhelmed by crowds. She thoughtfully guided us to quiet, hidden spots where we could take a break and regroup, showing genuine care throughout the day. She was patient and accommodating as we shopped and explored, and her knack for finding the best scenic spots for photos was a wonderful bonus. Jasmine’s kindness and dedication left us hoping for another chance to tour with her when we return to Japan. Definitely deserving of more than 5 stars!

Jasmine was our tour guide in Kyoto. She was fantastic! Very knowledgeable about Kyoto history and traditions. W have three kids and she made the tour fun and interesting for them! She is an excellent communicator and customized our tour to our preferences. We highly recommend her!

A tour worth taking especially for first-time visitors to Kyoto - in fact, this tour should be renamed Greatest Hits of Kyoto because all the must sees are included. Our guide Katsuhiko Ishida or simply Katz was very patient, easygoing, knowledgeable, and eager to serve. He was very attentive to our needs and preferences, and was quick to make adjustments to the tour pace and itinerary as often as necessary. Communication was a breeze as he speaks excellent English. He took us around using his own car, and we even met his mother as his family are true Kyoto natives - their home in the Gion District is 5 generations old! Definitely highly recommended!!!
