가이드분 엄청 친절하시고 영어 스페인어 번갈아가면서 계속 재밌는 이야기 해주십니다. 모허절벽은 정말 아름답고 멋있었어요. 골웨이는 활기차고 아름다운 마을이었어요. 이 프로그램이 아일랜드에서 가장 인상깊은 여행코스였습니다. 더블린 시내만 돌아보고 오기에는 심심합니다. 꼭 근교 자연탐험을 해보시길 추천해요. 저는 코즈웨이도 가보고 싶었는데 못가보고 돌아가게 되어서 참 아쉽네요. 아무튼 다른 여행사랑 코스는 비슷하고 가격은 더 저렴해서 이 프로그램을 추천해요. 저희 부모님은 시니어여서 조금더 저렴하게 여행했어요. 아침 7시에 출발해서 저녁 8시가량에 다시 더블린에 도착했어요. 아침에 두시간 운행해서 휴게소에 들르게 되는데 버스 안에 화장실이 없습니다. 주변 카페 등 가게들은 7시에 문을 열기때문에 출발전에 집결지 근처에서 화장실을 갈수가 없어요. 숙소에서 출발하기 전에 꼭 화장실에 다녀오세요. 가이드님의 노력과 친절에 감사드립니다.

This tour is well worth it. We spent around 2 hours at the Cliffs of Moher and had free time in Galway City. The tour guide was engaging and even recommended places to visit around Dublin.

We finished our trip safely thanks to the best driver. I would particularly like to commend our kind guide, Alvaro. There was no time to get bored because of his rich musical knowledge. I had the best birthday because of you. I got on the bus by myself, but more people congratulated me than anyone else. I was so happy to see the cliffs of Moher in front of me. It was sad to spend such a short time in Galway, but it was fun. It was an unforgettable day :)

A good trip overall. The driver and the guide are really cool and helpful. It is a long drivee but really worth it. Got good time to spend at various places.

У нас был очень хороший гид, но сам тур продуман так себе. В общей сложности мы больше ехали, чем смотрели на что-то. Однако вид Cliffs of moher прекрасен, модно увидеть Атлантический океан.

confused communication between the driver and the guide, we were not able to return to the city on the scheduled time and later the guide was told that the coach broke down, leaving us waiting and waiting for the coach at different time anxiously! That’s a very bad experience.

The group booking itinerary at Klook was subcontracted to a local tour group, and all the contacts were not known to all three parties at the same time. I received an email not from Klook notifying me of the change of meeting time and location, and I had to confirm it with Klook's customer service. The trip was delayed by 45 minutes from the beginning, and the return trip was delayed by nearly 3 hours due to vehicle damage in Galway. It was already past 11pm when we returned to Dublin.

very poor service. booked this bus company but when we reached to the departing location as mentioned in the klook page, there were no such bus operating and when we asked the locals over there and they said this bus is english/spanish tour and no longer parking at this area and have to go to different area. this is really messed up and we missed our busses. now they are not refunding my money as if I'm the one did no show up

I had booked Cliffs of Moher trip and was on the pick up point 30 mins earlier . But my trip got cancelled without no intimational at all . I contacted support people zillion times and every time told my issue and help me with refunding the money but they were extremely unprofessional. I’m Still waiting for my refund and any communication from KLOOK
