Totally worth it!! This is my second time up the Banff Gondola. Was able to get tickets at a discounted rate through Klook (look up promo codes). We were going to catch the sunset up there but a storm was coming through so thankfully front desk was able to raincheck our tickets for the next day. Go 15 mins earlier to get the physical tickets - they say 10-15 mins around your chosen time is ok. They let you choose how long you want to stay up there as they need to give you a ticket for coming down too. Give yourself 2-3 hrs minimum, especially on a CLEAR sunny day. Definitely a great stop in Banff!

Riding the Banff Gondola was such an unforgettable experience! We rode up at about 2:45pm then walked up to the peak lookout which offered the most amazing views, then we treated ourselves to a beautiful dinner at Sky Bistro. Due to the sun setting at 4:30pm we got the best day and night views.

Exchange your Klook ticket at the counter for the gondola ticket prior to your ride. The 4 pax car gondola ride was a mere 8 min but you could have nice view on the way up. Gorgeous view up there. There's a boardwalk for you to walk out. Although the ticket price is a bit steep but you will be rewarded with the beautiful mountain view around Banff. Definitely recommend to go for it.

The Banff gondola is a great experience to do while there. The views are really amazing and the board walk is awesome too. The price of the tickets on Klook are worth it specially compared to the original price. Highly recommended!

Fuss free experience collecting the tickets at the Banff Gondola ticket buff - just present the bar code on the PDF entry ticket sent via email. The ride up to the viewing deck took about 10 minutes and the view was spectacular. We visited in June and the weather was perfect even at 7pm

We booked the Banff Gondola experience and the level of customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Our original date was Oct 5, but due to poor visibility the ticketing agent kindly offered a reschedule, and we were grateful we moved to Oct 7, which turned out to be perfect timing. Everything about the experience was flawless, from the warm, attentive staff to the seamless gondola ride and breathtaking views. We even had the opportunity to dine at Northern Lights Alpine Kitchen once at the top, which complemented the trip beautifully. The team’s courtesy, helpfulness, and genuine care made this excursion memorable and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Banff.
