Nákup týchto poukazov vôbec neľutujeme! Návšteva akvária bola jednoducho úchvatná! Napriek tomu, že je akvárium trochu staré, je čisté a expozície zvierat sú početné a celkom dobre udržiavané. Páčila sa nám šou s morskými pannami a tiež expozícia medúz, plus mnoho ďalších pekných a úžasných expozícií.

Had a great time at the Grandview Aquarium! Super convenient location right at the train station and on the second floor of the mall. We timed it perfectly for the beluga whale, mermaid and walrus shows and all of them were top notch. The beluga whales performing to “My Heart Will Go On” was definitely a highlight, while the walrus dancing to PPAP was hilarious. The mermaid show was super impressive even if you don’t understand Chinese. There’s also an indoor snow city for kids to play in. Toilets inside were clean and entry was very smooth with no bag checks, just walk right in. Do note there’s no re-entry and foreigners need to bring their passport for ticketing. Food inside was reasonably priced too. Overall, around 3 hours is enough to enjoy the whole aquarium comfortably!

The walrus show was hilarious and entertaining too. The walrus danced to PPAP (Pen Pineapple Apple Pen)! Such a random but fun experience. A few tips: there is strictly no re-entry, so once you leave the aquarium you can’t go back in. Also bring your passport if you’re a foreigner because the ticket counter keys in your passport number as your entry ticket. Food inside was reasonably priced too. I grabbed a yam-flavoured Cornetto-style ice cream for 10 yuan while waiting for the mermaid show and it was surprisingly good. Overall, definitely worth the roughly $25 entrance fee!

Had such a fun time at the Grandview Aquarium! It’s super conveniently located right at the train station and on the second floor of the mall. If you spot the Pokémon gym, you’re already on the correct floor. We arrived around 10:10am just in time to catch all the shows back to back. The beluga whale show started at 11am, followed by the mermaid show at 11:30am and the walrus show at 12pm. Definitely plan your timing around the performances because they were all top notch! The beluga whales were incredibly well trained and even performed to Celine Dion’s “My Heart Will Go On” which made the whole experience extra memorable. The mermaid show had a Chinese storyline but honestly even if you don’t understand Chinese, the underwater acrobatics alone are worth the entrance fee. Watching the performers dive and swim gracefully underwater for so long was seriously impressive.

The mermaid & flying apsaras shows are a must watch! My children were captivated by the live performance which the performers have perfected to excellence, especially the water acrobatic acts. The walrus & sea lion show was amazing, performance was entertaining & funny - a thrill to watch.

It's a great saving to buy adult tickets via Klook! The kids' tickets I paid for over the counter costs RMB 270 (~S$49 for 2 tickets, Jun 2025). The mermaids performance are scheduled twice a day and they are so beautifully choreographed that I think it's a pity if you would have miss them. So be there before 1pm because there are too many photogenic spots on the route to the performance venue deep inside the aquarium!
