- Nulová čakacia doba: Prijímame len pevné rezervácie, takže okrem špeciálnych prípadov nedochádza k žiadnym čakacím dobám.
- Základný čas letu je dlhší ako na iných miestach.

- Thessen Paragliding je špecializovaná spoločnosť na tandemové paraglidingové zážitky, kde si paragliding môžu bezpečne užiť aj zákazníci, ktorí s ním začínajú.
- Hmotnostný limit: 15 kg až 120 kg (Avšak hmotnosť vhodná na zážitok sa môže mierne líšiť v závislosti od počasia)
- V prípade zdravotných problémov, ako sú hernia disku alebo srdcové ochorenia, je nutné to vopred nahlásiť a nenesieme zodpovednosť za žiadne nevýhody spôsobené nenahlásením.
- Počasie: Paragliding je aktivita veľmi citlivá na počasie, takže aj keď ste si ho rezervovali, zážitok sa môže v prípade nepriaznivého počasia zrušiť a vopred vás budeme kontaktovať.
- Povinná rezervácia: Po zakúpení lístka musíte vykonať rezerváciu telefonicky alebo na webovej stránke, aby ste ho mohli využiť. V prípade rezervácie v ten istý deň nás pred nákupom najprv telefonicky kontaktujte.
- Ako sa k nám dostanete: Pri príchode vlastným autom "196-54, Dusan-gil, Gagok-myeon, Danyang-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do (1. poschodie budovy Paramal)"
- Vyzdvihnutie (pickup) služba: Pre tých, ktorí nemajú vlastné auto, je možné si pri rezervácii objednať bezplatnú službu vyzdvihnutia (pozrite si webovú stránku)
- Pravidlá vrátenia peňazí: Riadime sa “Smernicou pre vrátenie peňazí Agentúry pre ochranu spotrebiteľa”. 3 dni pred – 90 % vrátenie peňazí / 2 dni pred – 50 % vrátenie peňazí / 1 deň pred – 20 % vrátenie peňazí / V ten istý deň alebo po uplynutí času rezervácie – peňažné prostriedky sa nevracajú
- Zrušenie zo strany spoločnosti z dôvodu nepriaznivého počasia má nárok na vrátenie celej sumy.

It was an exhilarating experience! Totally worth the trip to Danyang to enjoy paragliding activity. We contacted the provider in 3 days advanced to confirm the booking via whatsapp. On the actual day, our friendly driver picked us up from the station to the venue. Kudos to him, the lady at the office and the whole team as they were really nice and professional. We topped up to upgrade our package for a longer duration experience. The crews was professional and assuring. After the ride, the lady in the office also recommended us the attractions around us as we have no plans despite the language barrier. Our driver also recommended us a restaurant that serves authentic bibimbap which is really affortable and yummy. It was 100/10 experience for us 😊
This was such an amazing experience and Danyang is so beautiful! They were kind, efficient, and took photos for us! I really appreciate that they picked us up from the station and took us back. I will definitely come back!

Had a little setback at first due to miscommunication and weather and had to postpone. Nonetheless it was a great experience and we enjoyed it. Service from the team was super gooodd loved their attitude
it was an amazing experience, the pilots were really trained and good, they were encouraging us to have fun! they were very professional. my only concern was that they never contacted us to confirm the services, we had to go out of our way to call them and then they were about to cancel as it was raining, but we insisted and it was the best experience of our lives!

Klook's offer is cheap only because they recommend a course, according to the company, that is for children. When I went, the staff recommended me to top-up more money for the extreme or special course to provide the thrill for adults. I went ahead to try the special course which was 14 minutes flight duration, and I really enjoyed myself. The company is pretty trust-worthy, though the staff speak minimal English. Staff were also really good at taking photos, which I appreciate. Highly recommend with this company, they even offer different flight suits!
