Samten Hills Dalat is a truly unique spiritual destination, showcasing authentic Tibetan Vajrayana Buddhist architecture in Vietnam.
The highlight is the impressive “Dranyen Great Stupa,” a massive copper prayer wheel recognized by Guinness World Records as the largest of its kind in the world. Its scale and craftsmanship are remarkable, making it the centerpiece of the entire complex.
Inside, you’ll find intricate Buddhist art and beautifully detailed murals created by skilled Nepalese artisans. The level of detail and cultural authenticity adds depth to the experience, going beyond just sightseeing.
The overall atmosphere is contemplative, designed to convey spiritual meaning and inner peace. It’s not just a place for photos, but also for slowing down and appreciating Buddhist philosophy and art.

Smooth and hospitable reception upon arrival. A round trip buggy service is provided and there was a friendly staff available at each stops to introduce the site. Enjoyed our vegetarian meals at the cozy restaurant with a beautiful landscape. Highly recommend this package to those who love a quiet and relaxing place in Dalat.

A must visit attraction in Dalat for it’s magnificent architecture, it’s beyond a worship site. Friendly staff and driver for a safe round trip journey. A plus point for the superlicious vegetarian meal in our package and it was so chillax enjoying the beautiful landscape in front of the cozy restaurant while dining. Highly recommend to those who love quiet and relaxing attraction in Dalat.

super visite. endroit très beau et très calme. plus grande roue de prières d’Asie. endroits pour méditer. une navette pour arriver au sommet du site. dommage que l’on ne puisse pas faire le tour du site intégralement à pieds.

this is an amazing place, the staff couldn’t do enough to ensure my visit was a brilliant day. weather was bad they gave me a poncho & umbrella as I arrived with out any as it was sunny to start. the temple & prayer wheel was unbelievable the paint work & design left me speechless. until your standing by the prayer wheel you don’t realise the size. This was one of the best tours I have done in Vietnam. it’s a must for everyone

saya sangat senang datang ke samten hill da lat tempat yang sangat sempurna dan makanan vegetarian nya mie kuah labu nya enak sekali serta tempat nya yg bersih dan staff yg sangat ramah dan sangat membantu ada beberapa staf yg bisa berbahasa inggris juga . hati damai bisa berdoa dan bersujud didalam vihara dengan pemandangan yg begitu indah terima kasih klook dan staff samten hills

Nguyen Thanh Trung (Trung) from Samten Hill Dalat is a friendly and talented tour guide, photographer, and videographer. The package is reasonably priced and includes a delicious lunch, transportation, and a thoughtful free gift. The location itself is stunning and well worth a visit.

This place was really nice. You could feel the welcoming of the staff which is friendly and the place is beautiful. The golden prayer wheel is really big and required many people force to turn it. When night fall, the place will turn on the light and give you different experience. The place will got a buggy car to bring you up to the mountain and also back to the entrance. At the end of the tour right before taking the return Buggy, they will collect your ticket and give you a pack of free drink.
