Great staff. Friendly and helpful. Super easy processes just submit your information online and go it and get your stuff. very quick and simply process
Equipment was decent and the process was easy, but the service was lacking. The rental clothing is dated and lacks pockets. Worse, the staff misinformed me on boot sizing and I ended up with boots that were too big, which was only caught later by my instructor. Definitely double-check your own gear fit if renting here.
They are right at the bottom of the slopes where the lifts and gondola are at. It was swift and easy and even allowed me to change from skis to snowboard mid way through my 3 day booking.

rental store is right below Happo One gondola! they have English speaking staff to assist you. it was smooth and easy!
they could at least show us how to put on the ski
