The property was within the reach of the place where I had work to do. The vicinity of the hotel is rather busy but I found a nice place to run close to it.

I live in the Middle East and ask hotels.com give me back as an exception refund for 3 days I didn’t stay
I had to cut my trip short as airlines cancelled flights home

Good location, close to a shopping mall. The city center is a 15 minute bus ride away.
The hotel itself is a bit old but the rooms are comfortable and clean. Overall good value for money.

Nothing the customer services was terrible
When we came late there is a piece of wood to keep the door locked as the security says it’s bad area

Stayed at the Hotel for business. Used the secure underground parking for the hotel which was easy to use and didn't struggle to find a space. Only used the bar due to the timings of my work, but service was great and large selection of drinks. Reception service was friendly & spoke good English. And room was clean. Would use again.

This hotel should be rated 3 star and not 4
No air con in the hotel not just our room
Iron was leaking water
No room service (supported by receptionist)
No house keeping (supported by receptionist)
No double bed (2 single mattresses are joined together to make double bed. There is always a crack in bed. Bad if you have little child or couple and spine)
Not happy and checked out in 6 hours

The restaurants in the hotel are quite nice. The breakfast menu was surprisingly very good. I didn't like the room as its quite old and needs modernizing. TV was disappointing as there are no good English channels like BBC or CNN.
