L’hôtel était très propre, bien agencé et très pratique pour accueillir quatre personnes. Il est situé dans un quartier calme tout en étant assez bien placé, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable.
Le seul point négatif concerne le départ. Nous avions mal compris l’heure du check-out et pensions devoir quitter la chambre à 11 h alors qu’il fallait partir à 10 h. C’était une erreur de notre part. Cependant, lorsque le personnel est venu frapper à notre porte à 10 h, nous ne nous comprenions pas en raison de la barrière de la langue. La personne est restée devant la porte pendant que nous recevions plusieurs messages WhatsApp nous demandant de partir immédiatement. Nous avons dû quitter la chambre dans la précipitation et, malgré cela, nous avons tout de même dû payer un supplément pour ce retard.
C’est dommage, car en dehors de cet incident de fin de séjour, l’hôtel est de bonne qualité et nous en gardons un bon souvenir.

Very good place, with everything that you need for a long stay at Kyoto. Location was also very convenient. A bit expensive.

නියමයි A pretty little property conveniently located near bus stops and a 24-hour grocery store. Our room was very large, fitting 3 adults with luggage comfortably. It was nice to have a kitchenette with stove top, microwave oven, electric kettle & two small refrigerators. The laundry drying system in the shower room worked well
The only minor inconvenience was that the unattended desk where we dropped off our luggage (prior to the official check-in time) was very small. Our bags, plus those of another family who also arrived a couple hours early, more than filled the space available and we had no one to ask if it was okay. Fortunately all was fine when we returned at 2:00pm to check in.
The staff was helpful and very nice.
