Maintenance is wanting. Blinds are getting tatty and broken but still effective. AC unit in room was fairly new but filters and innards needed cleaning.

Very basic but good value. Close to a variety of restaurants and fast food outlets. Within walking distance to Leumea station.

You get what you pay for, if expecting the Ritz and you will be disappointed, yet it fulfilled my personal needs perfectly, the fact that there was several different food outlets right next door was a added bonus.

Traveling with a service dog, I was denied entry by the receptionist. Would not accept that my dog was entitled to access even though I produced the service dog identification.I explained the motel was liable for a for a $10,000 fine, and had to threaten to call the police.
Finally she called the manager, who thankfully sorted things out.
Was not a good experience for a suffer of PTSD.
When loading the car to depart at 6 am, i was locked out, as was another guest. There is no access to the rooms from outside until 7am. After a wait of approx 45 minutes another guest was leaving and I was able to get back in .
I will not be staying at Ibis again.

The rooms are very dated. Paint costs missing and stains on the walls. The bathroom is plastic modular that drains in the wrong direction now. There is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up and down stairs. We had to remake our bed as the sheets didn't even cover the feet end of the bed. We had people knocking on our door at 4am yelling before they finally left. The staff however were really nice and welcoming.
