URBAN LOFT Berlin

Loved our stay at the Urban Loft. Rooms and facilities were clean, modern and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here. 5 minute walk to the main train station, 1 minute to a supermarket and plenty of food options nearby. Thanks Utban Loft.

Hôtel tendance jeune. Tout se veut automatisé. De la réception au snacks bar. Lobby jeune style co-working. Café. Terrasse. Chambre très propre et bien meublée. Notre Check in vers 16 h devait être fait de façon autonome/automatisé. Ça nous disait que la chambre n’était pas prête!!!! La personne a la réception/ snack bar a fait notre enregistrement finalement les chambres étaient disponible. Personnel peu courtois en soirée mais très souriant au matin pour le déjeuner. Déjeuner sommaire. Plus européen.

Staff very attentive and helpful.

This was my second stay at Urban Loft and I am confident in saying that I will happily return on my next trip! The property is so convenient, centrally located, and the staff and amenities were a treasure! I look forward to returning soon!

Very clean room very nice staff very chick I recommend

There was a young man on reception who was terribly rude to both my wife and I and a couple of guests in front of us. We ended up helping the guests with some advice on where to eat as the staff member simply said “Google it” with a tone of disdain, when asked for restaurant recommendations. Terrible attitude and awful customer service.

Very good basic hotel for the price

Close to main rail station Urban Loft provided a comfortable stay including an excellent buffet at breakfast. If using Berlin as a hub, I would look forward to Urban Loft

Was so relaxing there. Love the art in the lobby and the rooms. Huge windows, comfortable bed and cool AC. Staff was wonderful as well.

This is a fantastic hotel with a lovely atmosphere provided by the welcoming staff and tasteful decor. Everything was clean and tidy, comfortable beds and the provided breakfast is high quality with top quality coffee. The lobby makes a great co working space. As far as hotel gyms go, it is well appointed with a decent cable machine and relatively heavy dumbbells. Despite this, I personally wouldn't stay at this hotel again. A number of reviews state the location as being great, it is within easy reach (10-15 min walk) of Hauptbahnhof which makes it well connected, however you are otherwise isolated in the newer part of the city. If you want to be immersed in the culture or see the main sites in the historic parts of the city, you'll spend a lot of time travelling back and forth. A recommendation for the hotel, it would be good to include provisions for hot water after breakfast times so that guests can make warm drinks as there are not kettles provided in rooms.
