Très bon séjour au Radisson Blu de Londres. L’hôtel était impeccable, la chambre propre et confortable, et le personnel toujours disponible et courtois. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la propreté des lieux ainsi que le calme de l’établissement. Une adresse que je n’hésiterais pas à recommander et où je séjournerais à nouveau avec plaisir.

The place is nice but the service and the respect for guests are below average. 1st they ask for a deposit even after you pay for the entire stay. I found it odd... The deposit they ask for varies per person without reason... Maybe based on the way you look... Then, it takes up to 5 working days to refund your deposit after you leave. Also, be aware that they sell sweets and biscuts at the reception not at the bar, but if you want a biscut with a tea you purchase in the bar, it is not possible; The bar "does not accept food purchased at the reception"

The room was lovely & spacious. Staff was cheerful, helpful, kind and overall v lovely. Breakfast was great too, a wide variety of food! Used the gym as well, v well equipped and clean. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the hospitality!

Excellent stay at a clean and comfortable hotel. Location is good for accessing Canary Wharf, Excel or heading over to Greenwich. Facilities in the immediate vicinity of the hotel are limited.
