Casa Cleo is a gorgeous boutique hotel in the heart of the beautiful Condesa neighborhood. We stayed in the Design Suite, which was spacious, beautifully appointed, and featured a large private patio—the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Mexico City. The suite included a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, a separate bedroom, and an absolutely stunning bathroom. Throughout our stay, we felt completely safe both at the hotel and while coming and going in the neighborhood. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional staff. My daughter and I were always warmly greeted, especially by Señor Carlos, and the entire team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Adan and Daniel provided excellent recommendations, from local restaurants and shops to museums and seasonal exhibits, and their knowledge of the city greatly enhanced our experience. We also loved the charming outdoor breakfast area and appreciated having a café on-site for a quick specialty coffee before heading out each morning. Casa Cleo was the perfect home base for our visit to Mexico City, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel, clean with very friendly staff. Great location, felt safe and easy to get to. Onlynthe breakfast didn't meet expectations, very little food and most things were gone halfway into breakfast.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It is located in a wonderful area with great restaurants within walking distance. Our room was spacious, well decorated, well maintained, and extremely comfortable. But, what made this a truly wonderful experience was the staff. The staff was friendly and would could out of their way to be helpful.

It was a lovely boutique hotel. They served a nice continental breakfast on the terrace in the morning. We weren’t there long enough to need the laundry. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Amazing property, friendly and hospitable staff, clean rooms and excellent location. Would definitely stay again!

We rented the Gallery Suite for 4 nights which had a nice terrace. There were 3 of us, and it was great to have that extra space for those who get up early and wanted to go outside to drink coffee. The gym is small but has a good assortment of dumbells & yoga mats to do a decent workout, it does get hot so an added fan would be great. The concierge, doormen and cleaning team were so lovely and very helpful. Having breakfast on the hotel's terrace was a perfect way to start the day and we enjoyed the variety they provided. The hotel is small and distinctly boutique, we didn't use the kitchen but the bathrooms are beautiful and very spacious, just need to add Q-Tips! ;) My friends are high end travelers (St Regis, etc) and they said they would stay again.
