Fantastic location right opposite Nijo Market and next to a Lucky Pierrot. JR station is a casual 10 mins walk. Free parking next to the hotel. Hotel though small but is very new and comfortable. We had a room with the bunk beds.

Booked 2 nights in the quad room with fav Hadokate. Great design of the room with the 2 bunk beds and 2 double beds, with ample charging ports at each bed, and still have sufficient living space in the middle for in-room meals. The free parking is a good perk.

The fav is very convenient, as it's just a few minutes away from the train station. It's also right across from the Asaichi Morning Market. The room was very clean with beautiful furniture and fixtures. Very modern and just a few years old. I would stay here again, but I would skip the breakfast. It's easy enough to find your own breakfast steps from the hotel.

Immaculately clean property with efficiency and great location. Our family of 4 was very happy with the room with bunk beds and well designed room. Service was minimal and we didn't mind.

Although the rooms are compact, they are so well designed and provisioned, it worked for 5 people and all of our bags. The included breakfast is always welcomed, and the rooms are spotless.

Clean, spacious and modern rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy checkin/out. The cafe downstairs is handy. Bathtub in the room was great. And good value. Would definitely stay here again.
