No hand soap, kettle or teabags provided. Door not closing onto balcony without banging it. Balcony looking on to noisy building works which wasn’t worth the extra money paid, as the balcony was unusable. No mugs, sugar or milk provided. No robes or slippers. Room was ok but overall disappointing for a 4 star. No USB points. Great bathroom and comfortable bed. Good air conditioning.

Ojala pudiera dar mas de 5 estrellas a este magnifico hotel! Perfecto en ubicación, extraordinaria atención y super espaciosa habitación. Definitivamente el mejor lugar para hospedarse en Andorra!

1. Opening your room door can be awkward. You have to pull before you push. Glitch with the electronic system I guess 2. No room service after 10pm. Limited food delivery options. It's a quiet town. 3. House keeping seems random as they miss days. In short, charming property in a great location but the laid back culture means that guests need to adjust their expectations accordingly

Reception staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Location was perfect for exploring Andorra. Walkable city, lots of shopping and some food options. Caldera spa is a must.
