Location is good for any of Da Nang’s amenities, but it’s just basic. Expected more from a 4 star property. The staff were ok, but definitely not go out of their way like other places in Asia. The breakfast was acceptable.

Room was clean and spacious Breakfast buffet had great options available from continental to traditional Vietnamese food. Staff are very friendly!

The balcony room we booked was uncomfortable with a small hard bed, tv was faulty, reception was rude, balcony was inaccessible as only opened by a few inches and when we complained the staff ignored our complaints and concerns. After the first night there we managed to get a room upgrade after threatening to leave and contacting Expedia. We we lucky as we met 2 other couples and one family who checked out in their first 24 hours. BEWARE!!!! Breakfasts were fine as was the area

We checked out 2 days early. Construction to the one side and demolition on the other. Elevator line ups could be long at times. Pool area is very tight. Booked a 2 bedroom family suite but just got 2 rooms adjoining. Overall it’s fine but I’m glad we moved and just took the lose.

Staff at front desk, the guys helping with luggage and the breakfast staff were exceptional. Room was clean and loved the view. Only thing that needs changing is a rolldown curtain is needed in the bathroom so people cannot look in on you from other buildings.
