Stayed a dozen times now but this time was a doozie. Following booking I sent a note requesting a car park, team noted its first come first served, I noted it being critical. I arrived only to be told the valet and park service was not available so had to take the risk of parking on the street. I was then given the wrong room and key card which luckily the incorrect room had a “do not disturb” sign on the door to prevent that awkward situation. Then on check out the wrong card details were within my booking. All in all was a bit of an admin mess to be honest.

I was pleasantly surprised by the period products provided in the bathroom. It's a huge step, thank you, Sudima. Also the room service delivery by a robot was very unique.

Lovely entrance, reception staff nice, breakfast crew were not overly cheerful, room was nice but mould showing in bathroom wall tiles and showerhead damaged in roof. Tv channels were basic.

The staff went above and beyond and made this a wonderful stay. I will be back. From the early access to the room, to remembering my name, to helping with wine suggestions and even printing for a meeting they were wonderful. The room was as advertised, very quiet and you can order pillows to your liking for extra comfort. I took advantage of the yoga mat and workouts on the tv. And ordering milk delivered by robot for my morning coffee. A wonderful experience and helped me stay grounded while in town for a conference.

The location is great but there are couple issues. The room vanity in the bathroom is too small and no place to put my cleaning stuff, there is no dresser in the unit, the bed light was not working until we asked for repair.
