Desk agents were great. I had an issue after booking. They handled it within 30 mins. I was very upset about it and their calming energy kept me calm. 👏 👏 👏

Was a great experience they really helped us out of a bind the hotel we booked canceled our reservation we came into town 3am. So greatful the only issue was the elevator was messing up alot. But other than that everything was great

1/5 – Checked in after car theft in Galveston, no phone or cards. Room phone dead. Owner demanded payment before noon Sunday despite crisis. Staff monitors cameras remotely and seemed scared. Was kicked out of lobby at 10pm Monday while waiting on emergency funds with my dog. "Under New Management" is misleading.
