Great place, only a half block off Duval, but quiet! Lovely room and pool patio area. Great free breakfast, even some hot foods.
Our room was in the main house this time and it has a great French porch sitting area for two.
Secure parking lot is about a block and a half away.

The bar was not open by pool. Property is on a busy street with lots of delivery trucks and too close to local bars with booming bass most nights. Convenient but too noisy. Very sad. Beautiful property. Also free breakfast needs to be moved from office.

Cute spot in a great location. Awesome pool and nice amenities. Breakfast was more snacks but great change of pace to have something offered in such a pricey town :)

We were given the Seaside room which leads to the street. I didn’t feel secure that night because someone knocked on the door. We were not given any other option, so we’re screwed. The coffee was terrible as well. Overall, not a good deal for the money I paid.
