Very pleased with this hotel...extremely convenient to the ECB with quick access to the Financial District from the Ostbahn U-Bahn stop nearby. The hotel appears new with a good breakfast, and an excellent hotel gym with sauna. Service is non-intrusive, but quick and precise which is what you want from a business hotel. Highly recommended.

They do not clean your room unless you request it, even then they do not clean properly I requested a number of times to clean before 11am as they ask you and not cleaned. Also they do not offer Expedia platinum members anything

Great breakfast Buffett. Water in my shower was sluggish to drain and bathroom always smelled musty. Otherwise great minimalist style hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Staff friendly. Great location

I stayed here while having cancer treatment at a nearby hospital. The room was probably one of the best I've ever stayed in! It was a corner bedroom with great city views! Plenty of space for a wheelchair to move around, shower stool, I could have cried with happiness when I realised we had adjustable beds! They were fantastic, just what I needed. I asked where I could buy milk at the reception desk while checking in. The lovely member of staff disappeared for 30 seconds and reappeared with a litre carton for me. Honestly, it was a great hotel, the only downside was no support bars at the toilet in the room, meant I needed help to get on/off. But still 10/10 for value, cleanliness, amenities etc. This is simply a great hotel. I have already booked for next month!

The location was beautiful, Riverview. Could have a morning walk alongside the river. The transportation was convenient. Recommend the sauna!!!
