Trendy hotel with nice location and comfy room.

The customer service was a 10 out of 10! Kalen, Alex and Charles were amazing at the valet. They took care of my car, learned my name and were always timely! They were all so professional! The happy hour was nice and so was the person who was providing the wine and appetizers. The location was great , too!

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, and I truly felt valued as a guest. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The hotel itself was very clean, and the common areas were well maintained. Unfortunately, our room was not properly stocked upon arrival, which was concerning because we didn’t want to be held responsible or potentially charged for missing items that were never there. Our biggest disappointment was the in-room dining. The portions were extremely small for the price, making it feel very overpriced. On top of that, several of the items we ordered were either forgotten or unavailable because they were sold out. The service was also disappointing, as the staff was rude and unhelpful. The overnight staff was similarly unfriendly, which made the overall experience even less enjoyable. When we initially raised a concern about the minibar not being properly stocked, the front desk associate claimed we had never provided our information. However, we absolutely did provide it during our conversation, and it appears our information was simply never entered (our room number). The one bright spot during our stay was the valet team. They were consistently friendly, professional, and provided exceptional service. They were easily the highlight of our experience. Overall, while the hotel’s cleanliness was impressive, the shower was SPECTACULAR, the poor customer service, lack of attention to detail, and disappointing dining experience made our stay fall well below expectations.

Excellent staff and Excellent food

The room was clean and beautiful. Staff were very friendly. Location was great. They even gave a little gift for my dog. The only little imperfection was the Wifi. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

They have no pool. I wish they did. But over all everything is pretty much all there you really don’t need to leave the hotel.

Enjoyed the stay. Room was great and comfortable. $50 per night for parking is a bit much. Not sure why hotels are charging these outrageous prices. Maybe ditch the valet and go back to self park for a flat in/out fee. Having said that, the valet service was Excellent. They hustled and were very attentive. The bar closed early for a Friday night so we went to a Speakeasy at Hotel Granada around the corner. Recommend it!

Clean and modern! Lovely view! Great happy our snacks and drinks. And The Hartley restaurant in the hotel is worth going to even if you aren’t staying there!

Hotel was amazing 10/10 we enjoyed it I would recommend to anyone and will stay again
