This property is special. Everything was impeccable. The street that its situated in is beyond expectations. Our room was stunning and huge for Japanese standards. The dinners were absolutely outstanding, thankyou to the chef firstly but also the staff who were so genuine and kind. Breakfast was interesting. For us it was hard to get through but definately a must to try for the experience. We spent 3 nights which was just fabulous. Bed was so comfortable. Close to plenty of amenities, shops, restaurants, temples and so forth. This hotel is alittle more expensive but spoil yourself you won't be disappointed. My husband used the baths and was very impressed with the facilities. Easy to get a taxi to or from the airport and very reasonable prices. We wouldnt hesitate to stay again. Just a heads up check in time is strictly 3pm so be prepared to entertain yourself until then.

If I had to give it my own stars for this place it will be a 10 stars out of 5, the staffs here are at its upmost professionalism and the spa and food is paired perfectly together harmoniously! My second stay here this time with my mother in law , my 3year old son and wife for pre celebration of Father’s Day from U.S.A. Waqoo welcomes you with their passion ,art and performance at its best ! Thank you from Kwun’s family! ^^

This hotel was clean and the staff were polite. I would recommend this property.

The inn sits at a local street steps away from the shrine and garden. We had a marvelous Japanese style breakfast. The front desk is really helpful in welcoming us and arranging the taxi. This is our place to stay when doing a short hop in Narita airport.

Where should I begin… their customer service was fantastic. Quick responses for questions. Amazing support for my needs. Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, phenomenal kabuki decorations, superb foods… and amazing estheticians skin care… I just have to come back for more!

The most amazing hotel I've had so far in Japan. Luxury tradition. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night, would've loved to stay longer. Brought my 3 kids and husband, + my parents. Super authentic experience, very clean, great amenities (everything smelled so good). Great to be on the street across shops. The hotel welcomed us with tea and cookies as we waited for our room. The front desk even said goodbye/bowed to us outside the door as our transit drive away. Highly recommend. Will come back again.
