It’s rare to impress my partner but she really loved the place and service! Maybe small gripe is the mattress is slightly soft. We loved the free minibar and anniversary gift!

The room was clean and offered amazing views of the city. The pool is open until midnight, which was a great bonus, and there’s also a heated jacuzzi and a well-equipped gym. Overall, the facilities were excellent, and I had a very enjoyable stay.

It is really hard for me to rate this one as it could have been a 5 stars everywhere if we didn’t check in to a room that had not been fully cleaned. The first person we had at reception upon check in insisted for us to pay to upgrade as we arrived at 7am which we didn’t want to know as we were more than happy to leave our bags and go explore, as it was our first time in Singapore, and come back at 3pm when our room would be ready. We got a phone call around 12pm to say our room was ready so we finished our tour of the museum and headed to the hotel where they had placed our luggage’s in our room but after looking carefully we found hair on the floor, stains on the sheets and marks inside the toilet bowl. Obviously went to ask to change room and a different person at the reception apologised, upgraded us and even showered us with gifts so we did end up having an agreeable stay in a lovely room but the whole situation left quite a negative mark unfortunately.

Absolutely terrific stay! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore all of the city’s main attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room and hotel was immaculate, the staff were amazing; very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was lovely, however sometimes busy on hot afternoons. Great location as there was a MRT station directly outside of the hotel. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Singapore! We hope to be back soon.
