We really enjoyed our stay here, plenty of space and a nice breakfast included. Only thing we thought that would be nice was if the pool had been heated...it was a little too cold to enjoy in winter!

Room smelled musty/damp. My son and I got insect bites. Aircon was not cool - asked for a fan. Room phone not working.

Nice resort with good amenities. Close to airport which is why we booked. Close to the city center with secure parking. Couldn’t use the amenities but had a nice pool

Centrally located hotel within walking distance of everything in central Cairns. Pool and buffet breakfast were excellent. Our family of 4 stayed in a Deluxe Room with 2 Double Beds, the room was clean and well appointed but was quite small for 4 people for anymore thank a few days

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Novotel Cairns. Everything from accommodation, restaurant, pool & staff were amazing will definitely stay again if we come back to Cairns!!

Family Friendly resort with good facilities, close to everything and great buffet breakfast start to each day. Only flaw for me was one lift that could be very slow (and no real other options than using the fire exit). Otherwise great, staff were good as well.
