The customer service is great, the price was good, the food from the restaurant good, but unfortunately the property is not in great condition, the sliding room from the restroom doesn’t work, I get stuck there and could open it, an employee had to help me get out from the shower. Very scary. Thank God my daughter was with me and ask the employee for help. The owner definitely needs to pay attention to the maintenance of the hotel and change the stained sheets .

I will definitely stay here again when I visit Bali again. Buffett breakfast is excellent, staff are very welcoming, rooms clean, nice pool. Hotel within walking distance to airport although airport noise wasn’t noticeable.

Very nice hotel, overall it is in good condition, rooms are clean and rooms are cleaned daily by a very friendly staff. Beds are comfortable. Excellent buffet breakfast! Good location.
