There was evidence of cockroaches, and a lot of mosquitos. The safe was not in an operational capacity. There was a hole in the roof that lead to the floor flooding during an intense downpour. The facilties listed on the page was not accurate.

Staff were excellent. We chose this hotel due to its location to Bingin Beach, a popular surf break. Sadly the demolishing of the buildings near the beach prevented safe access to the beach. This was obviously out of the control of the hotel management, but it resulted in us leaving a week earlier than planned.

Room was dirty, shower took ages to heat up, my room door didn't lock and I came home twice to find it open wide after staff had remade the bed, don't walk on the floor after a shower barefoot or you will need to shower again, your skin will smell terrible after going in the pool, my room was the darkest little dungeon room right by reception, I couldn't open my curtains without every guest seeing in. had better stays in home stays and hostels in other parts of bali

Great location, facility infrastructure could be better, clealiness could be better. The staff was amazing! They recommended places, rented us a scooter and answered every question.

Staff went above and beyond- Outstanding service. Awesome value for money, a unique boho environment. Loved the central pool and coffee area. Large room and bathroom. Close to beach, dining options.

We were here during nyepi. The staff took great care of us and when we could adventure, they rented us scooters and helped book a car for our transport.

The hotel is nice. In our room we struggled with the number of mosquitos, no matter how much repellent (plug-in and spray). The staff was extremely nice, just communication about transportation or dietary requirements required triple checking as there were often mixups.
