The property is as represented online outside and in. The property is renovated and well maintained. The staff are friendly and speak fluent English. The Greek breakfast is good. The neighborhood is covered In Graffiti and not as nice as this hotel of apartment suites, yet close Plaka, the main affordable shopping area with eateries. We enjoyed a restaurant named Egg of the Rooster.

Nice little stay a few blocks off of the busy tourist area. Cute and clean room, breakfast included was a great amenity. Great recommendations on restaurants from the staff. Walkable to all the things you want to see in Athens.

Estia Boutique was an amazing stay for us. It is a boutique place as the name implies that is run really well. We arrived late from the airport because the immigration and customs took longer than expected. There was no staff on hand at that hour (like 11 PM). They had the room keys in a box outside the door which was great. They communicate everything through the Hotels.com app messaging. So always check there. We had a rental car. Obviously being late, no one could help with parking. They let us park in front of the hotel's front door until after morning breakfast which was great. They have an underground parking lot which can store between 6 - 7 cars. You have access to the underground parking lot via a car elevator lift which was cool. The room were great. We were a family of 5 so we ordered 2 rooms which were at the end of the floor and are combined via a hallway. And those 2 rooms together also have a main door so it felt like one unit overall with 2 bedrooms. Marvelous! The balcony was great. We loved sitting there and reading and just enjoying the outdoor air. The view is just the city streets but it was still great. Breakfast was delicious at Estia. It felt like a home-cooked breakfast. The freshly squeezed orange juice was divine! Nothing like it! So tasty! Ask them for that if you can. The staff was kind and helpful. Estia's location is near the Parthenon (about 15 - 20 mins away). Overall, a great stay and a great place! Recommend it!

This was a very cute hotel, but in a not great area. It was clean, excellent breakfast and helpful staff.

The whole experience before our arrival with communication and during our stay was amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful with restaurants, things to do, ect. The hotel and room itself was clean and very nice! Would definitely come back to stay and recommend to everyone!

Picture perfect boutique hotel, straight out of a magazine! The rooms were stunning, the staff so friendly. The area it’s in is up and coming but it’s central to the train and a close walk to Plaka, Monastiraki and the Parthenon. Absolutely loved the two cats who slept by the front door every day. And the hotel staff treated them like guests too with food, water and shelter.
